General

Please plan to arrive 10-15 minutes prior to your scheduled appointment time. If you arrive late for your scheduled service/appointment, your service may require a reduction of time to prevent the delay of the next scheduled guest.

Styling

(Perms, coloring, highlight, corrective color, thermal straightening and hair extensions) Prices vary according to hair length, time involved and client service needs. Complimentary consultations are provided by all stylists for pricing and scheduling.

Materials and Services

In order to guarantee your services we require the use of professional hair care products.

Returns

Products may be exchanged; however, all returns are given Ritz Hair Studio and Whole Body Retreat™ credit only.

Groups

Bridal parties, groups, and specialty services require a deposit- the amount will depend upon services and size of group. Retreat Packages, bridal parties, or groups must be reserved with a credit card guarantee. 50% of service charges will be billed for services not cancelled within 24 hours of service.

Children

We request for the safety of your children that they not be left unattended or allowed to explore the facility without the guidance of a client service specialist or other authorized personnel. Unless receiving applicable services, children are not allowed in the lower level of the facility as that is a quiet, retreat atmosphere.
